We planned a R,B,T activity to learn more about what is working well in developing partnerships and what the challenges are, as our team was hoping to learn more about this challenge (during the kickoff, we discussed virtual engagement, but this didn't seem like a big challenge for them, so we decided to focus on their other challenge, which was partnership development). The team wanted to have an open discussion instead, where Dr. Clemons shared her vision for a community saturation plan for FLON. They identified social media as a promising new form of outreach for the organization, as FLON had mostly been relying on radio/events. We said we would follow up with suggested strategies and sent a few strategies that other grantees were using.
