- Two new team members were added . It looks like someone on the team already forwarded the invites to them. I sent them the CQI template and guide to get them up to speed
- They are interested in trying the peer teaching method I mentioned in my last email and they already have something in place similar to it which should help. Right now, they’re thinking of ways to incentivize the students besides gift cards. Edward mentioned that sometimes the gift cards aren’t enough to motivate the students so they’re trying to think of something else for them.
- Moving forward, my goal is to help them take a lead role in the process. On the next call, I’ll make the suggestion that they select a CQI lead and then try to help that person adapt to the position. I get the sense that it might be Kelva but I’ll make sure
