CQI Pilot activity on 2021-04-21

Goal was still to narrow in on a strategy. Team asked if they could work on a strategy that they were already in the process of implementing rather than come up with a new strategy. They suggested two: 1) They intentionally call on youth and wanted to learn how that was working 2) they have been making adaptations to Love Notes to update some of the pictures and examples in order to make them more relevant to youth. They already ask for feedback from young people about the adaptations and use that to inform their plan for future groups. Our team thought adaptations could be promising and suggested a few intentional learning questions they might ask to learn about the adaptations. Followed up with suggestions for data collection.
