CQI Pilot activity on 2021-04-21

Brandon, one of ACAC's educators, joined the call this week, as Jasline was busy. Brandon shared the details of how the team planned to implement their youth social media strategy. He shared that they hired a young person to partner with him on leading the effort, and that the two of them would coordinate with ACAC's youth council to maintain the Instagram and TikTok accounts for youth recruitment. He shared that the first goal was getting the new hire trained in Love Notes and then would bring in the youth council to support the work. We discussed opportunities to use social media analytics to help shape the content strategy.
