- How is everything going? Any updates on last call’s issue?
- Afton hosted the site meeting with her subgrantees.
- Meeting went well. A lot of these sites are still in the planning phase. Some did not receive critical information from site directors about the entry/exit surveys.
- She was able to iron out all these details with the sites on the call which will hopefully lead to smoother transitions with the data delivery at the end of the program.
- Afton is considering moving her meeting to a monthly basis with the success of her group meeting.
- Gabrelle suggested a 1-on-1 check-in with a individual named Rebecca (a new subgrantee member) to gather feedback regarding the meetings she has been holding.
