CQI Pilot activity on 2021-05-13

We discussed the strategies they currently use, such as using games to evaluate if they're understanding the materials. They shared that some of the materials have out dated references, but they're usually able to update the power points. Annie and I proposed that they could do an exit ticket to collect data about how students are feeling about the lessons. however, one of the facilitators has such strong relationships with students that they are able to collect and understand where students are. Annie and I also suggested that they could use the template to help synthesize the data they already have. The grantee shared that it was affirming to know that they are already doing CQI work.
