CQI Pilot activity on 2021-05-19

ACAC team updated us on the status of their strategy. We had talked about finalizing the road test in June, but strategy implementation was taking longer than expected, so we agreed to spend our final calls reviewing the last two steps in the template (even though they wouldn't be at the point of analyzing yet). Team was ready to wrap up participation in June, but saw value in this approach (e.g., road testing) so said they would reach out if they needed support in continuing to use the template. Rob and I also shared suggested questions for debrief focus groups to learn about the strategy.
