Their road testing of the youth ambassador strategy has been going well - students are engaged and learning. They will use steps 3 and 4 in the template to document how they will collect data systematically. Right now, it is just one person doing observations to collect data, but it could be other people in the future. We also gathered feedback from the grantee about their experiences with CQI and the pilot. They did have previous CQI efforts but they were not streamlined. They also have enjoyed using the template for this pilot. They like that it's very detailed (although since so much of it feels new, it can feel overwhelming at times). The template is helpful since it walks through different steps and breaks the process into pieces. They also felt that the frequency and length of the 1:1 check in calls have been good.
