CQI Pilot activity on 2021-09-30

During the call, we reviewed the CQI template - what they have done and where they currently are. Then the grantee shared about how their testing and data collection are going. They are having a difficult time gathering responses for their follow up survey because they are not able to track students. In terms of the testing, things have been going well - students are engaged, They were also able to do focus groups with parents and found positive results. Students are talking to their parents about the curriculum which has helped to improve communication between parents and youth. We suggested that they use the CQI process to test a strategy around parent engagement.
