During the CQI pilot kickoff meeting, we introduced our team and had grantees introduce themselves. Our team reviewed goals of the pilot; then we had a brief primer on CQI and foundational supports for CQI, including a CQI team and strong program monitoring processes. We introduced the CQI template. Lastly, we went into breakout rooms to do a problem statement activity that was intended to help grantees get more specific about their high-level challenges.
